We looking for an experienced and accomplished Administration Assistant, to step seamlessly into an administration role within the business.

Skills and experience:

You will be responsible for answering, screening and directing phone calls on a switchboard within a busy environment.

Calendar management, arranging and attending meetings and minuet taking

Be willing and available to greet and welcome clients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs.

Collecting and sorting incoming mail. Organising outgoing mail.

Printing of construction plans

Personally assisting the Director and other team members when required

Basic accounts payable and receivable skills

File maintenance and management.

Assembling of new files and ensure all documents are maintained in correct order so as to always be accurate and available

Document formatting and management

Preparing client invoices

Maintaining the office appearance and supplies

Well presented and professional

Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills

Exceptional verbal and written skills

Strong attention to detail

Have superior organisational skills, time management and be able to multi-task under pressure

Advanced computer literacy in MYOB accounting software and all Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work autonomously

A 'can do' attitude with a friendly and helpful disposition

Previous experience with in an office environment is essential
