The key function of this role is to support the accounts team with a range of duties. This is a busy role where you will be required to utilise your excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.

Working in a great team environment your key responsibilities will include:

Assist Accounts team with managing ledger of accounts and following up with customers

Respond to and resolve customer account queries

Enter contracts into the system

Call and/or mail correspondence to customers

Identify potential problem customers

Filing and other ad-hoc duties

To be successful in this role you will have previous Administration experience along with strong computer and customer service skills. You will also be a team player that is customer service focused with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude.

The role will be for an initial 6-month period with the possibility of becoming ongoing.
