The successful applicant will work closely with our receptionist and office manager to assist, and take over where necessary, with the following tasks:

Management of all client ASIC lodgement and corporate secretarial requirements

Processing Tax Refunds through Trust Account

Accounts Receivable

General reception duties where required

General office and administrative duties


Skills and Experience Required

1 - 3 years experience in similar roles

Excellent communication skills in dealing with clients and colleagues

Friendly and professional phone manner

Ability to work autonomously

Exceptional organisational skills

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
