DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and verify requisition of items related to production.

Prepare and issue purchase order.

Prepare reports, minutes, and memorandum about purchasing issues.

Canvass suppliers of items related to production.

Update purchasing record from time to time.

Prepare monthly report and RM PO Balance to be submitted to respective departments.

Performs other related works as required.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree and/or a graduate of any 4-year course.

Preferably 1-2 year(s) of working experience specialized in Purchasing Operations/ Import and Export.

Knowledge on Basic Purchasing Policies, Practices and Terminology.

Ability to maintain accurate files and with skills in report presentation.

Applicants must be willing to work in Carmelray Industrial Park I, Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna.
