TSI is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and seasoned, sales driven individual who is highly committed to building customer relationships and has telephone sales experience. Our business is servicing high voltage equipment including transformers, switchgear and other pieces of electrical equipment. TSI is not a retail/wholesale business. Our focus is industrial, commercial, government, utilities and power plants, including hydro, nuclear, fossil, windmills, and solar, as well as colleges and universities, hospitals, armed forces, and Department of Defense facilities.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Cultivate potential and past customers utilizing telephone, email, social media, and our existing customer database.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary when placing cold calls in order to establish new relationships with the potential customers.

• Achieve or exceed sales quotas while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Job Duties:

• Account Management, customer service and sales support which includes processing contracts and replying to inquiries about products and services.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through specific and personalized service.

• Maintain active & productive customer relationships.

Compensation depends on experience.
