PPDG, Inc is seeking a Neurologist who is passionate about teaching, delivers outstanding patient care, has great communication skills, and works well with other physicians. Successful candidate will provide a mixture of inpatient and outpatient services. You may be licensed anywhere in the U.S., including District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S Virgin Islands.

Neurologist will provide services at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) located in beautiful San Antonio, Texas. BAMC is a large medical facility where research, discoveries and medical advancement take place every day. SAMMC requires a Neurologist to be a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Osteopathy (D.O.) from the accredited college approved by the council of Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association of Doctor of Osteopathy from a college accredited by the American Osteopathic Association.

Neurologist must possess a current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

Neurologist must have completed an internship and adult residency in a accredited Neurology Training Program and is board certified or board eligible in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The Neurologist shall also possess all skills and knowledge required to maintain certification in neurology by the ABPN.

Neurologist shall have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience having been continuously employed in the practice of Neurology prior to commencement of services under this contract.

Must possess and maintain a current Basic Cardiac life Support (BCLS).
