MUST-HAVES

College Degree

3-5 year experience with Casegood CAD drawings.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Must be a team player and can work without close supervision.

NICE-TO-HAVES

Upholstery experience

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

• Own Product Development projects 100% from inception to installation working the appropriate parties and tracking progress accordingly.

• Maintain a daily “Hot List” of priorities to be accomplished and shared with management.

• Review PPS pictures and distribute accordingly, discuss with management concerns and resolutions.

• Provide creative options and resolutions to the clients, designers, and customers.

• Expedite approvals by setting up conference calls for clarity and alignment.

• Produce AutoCAD drawings for hospitality projects and facilitate approvals, changes, and revisions with product development managers located in Asia.

• Modify AutoCAD drawings and suggest solutions to help keep projects within budget.

• Facilitate the approval process with customers, designers, and suppliers in order to keep the project on time and on budget.

• Review assembly instructions to ensure accuracy of the documents.

• Design and develop control panels to ensure proper function and engineering.

• Coordinate the design and selection of sourced materials.

• Work directly with domestic and international factories to create finished samples for customer approval.
