The role will involve:

Telephone handling for the team including answering incoming calls

Manage client file maintenance for the team

Splitting and saving documents

Scanning, printing and filing necessary documentation.

Coordinate all outgoing mail to be signed, compiled and delivered to the mailroom

Assisting legal assistants and other ad-hoc duties as required

The role requires the ability to multitask and meet deadlines, along with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will also possess strong IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Skills and experience

Entry level role - less than 1 year experience required.

Strong attention to detail.

Reliable, punctual, flexible.
