Group VP of Human Resources - $200-225K plus Platinum Benefits Package – Consumer Electronics Manufacturing – Strategy and Execution of HR, Organizational and Culture Change Initiatives. * Reports to the EVP of HR and is responsible for setting a strategy of organization. * Leads and communicates the organizational and culture change initiatives . * Leads the HR staff, having direct supervision of the director of HR and the administrative assistant and indirect supervision of associate directors, assistant directors, and coordinator of HR. * Provides consultation and HR expertise to the Senior and Executive Management Team. * Recommends best practices for compensation, benefits, and total rewards. * Provide expertise in the areas of career development, goal setting, and professional development to HR staff members. * Lead and manage the Employee Benefits Committee. * Lead and execute employee benefits plans.

Bachelors required; Master’s degree is desired; professional certifications a plus; 10-15 years of Human Resource experience in a manufacturing environment that includes a large workforce; KEY JOB SPEC: Candidate must have outstanding business acumen and moxie in regards to ability to handle him or herself from a local level to the Board Room environment. Demonstrated success establishing goals and objectives; Strong knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process related to workforce; Proven success leading complex change management.
