Summary: PartsBadger is aggressively seeking high performing sales professionals in the machined parts marketspace to join our team. PartsBadger offers CNC custom parts manufacturing services across the United States offering a wide range of services, competitive pricing, and fast leadtimes. The Outside Sales Representative(OSR) will harvest leads, create and close opportunities, and manage customers in their respective territories. The OSR will use contacts within their existing networks and build their network through various means to build a robust lead list. The OSR will actively work leads to identify and create opportunities, close those opportunities, and maintain those accounts. The OSR will work independently to create leads, quote customers, and close deals. The OSR will receive an aggressive commission and a base salary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads

o Cold Calling

o Site Visits

o Harvest Leads from Various Sources

• Creating and Closing Opportunities

• Manage Leads, Customers, and Quotes in CRM

• Generate Sales & Expense Reports

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Outside Sales

• Experience in Lead Generation

o Cold Calling

o Site Visits

o Harvesting Leads

• Existing Network of Potential Customers

• Experience with Machined Parts

o Knowledge of Manufacturing Methods

o Knowledge of Applications

• Ability to Thrive Independently

• Experience with CRM systems

• Proficiency in Reading Technical Drawings

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Proficient in Web Navigation, Email and the Like

• Valid Driver’s License and a Professional Vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in with CAD

• Experience in Machined Parts Sales
