We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide HR support and recruiting services for a growing company in Waterloo, IA.

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree is required,

• Strong MS Office applications, internet, and social media experience;

• Easily adapts to software management systems;

• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and phone skills;

• Desires to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, team environment;

• Easily moves from ones task to another;

• Ability to maintain a confidential and professional relationship with clients;

• Detail-oriented personality is essential for this position, as it is key to find relevant background details;

Key Responsibilities:

• The HR Assistant is responsible for assisting management with administrative duties, special projects, business strategies, etc.;

• Provide Data Management Support such as data entry, research, filing, scanning, sorting, copying, etc.;

• Utilize internet and social media sources to achieve results;

• Field a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and assist business customers;

• Build strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention with clients and candidates;

• Collaborates with other internal/external resources;

• Works effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish organizational goals;

• Has daily impact on client and candidate relationships;

• Represents the “Voice of the Candidate” to the company;
