Junior Online Marketing Manager on a SME

You will be responsible for our company SEO and Keywords strategy maintenance and execution, with the driver of generating profit out of our investments on search engine advertising.

The main activities are to understand our strategy, currently highly focused on AdWords, track, manage and optimize it to identify new advertisement opportunities, name new keywords or kill the ones not generating registrations or revenue.

You will work directly with the Head of marketing and also act as an advisor to our development team, using your marketing and ad management expertise to guide them through building better prepared software.

On top of all that you will work on a relaxed, friendly environment and have fun along the way!

You are the ideal candidate for this position if you…

- Are fluent in German language and preferably English too;

- Are willing to use our existent processes using a critical mindset and whenever possible use creativity to create better and innovative ones;

- Have experience in marketing, online marketing and consumer behavior. Any previous experience with AdWords and bid management, although not required, is highly welcome;

- It's an advantage (but not necessary), if you have good analytical skills know what are the challenges of entrepreneurship, specifically the marketing environment for this business segment;

- Last but not least, our ideal person comes with a good part of self-confidence and good communication to implement new and creative work, and a problem solving and self-management approach to grab and solve all day-to-day challenges.
