Skills Required:

High School graduate as a minimal requirement, with a college degree preferred.

Two years’ experience in customer service and retail.

Accurate and reliable cash handling skills.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

Solid organizational and problem solving skills.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts.

Work as part of a team to ensure that guest expectations are met.

Has moderate computer skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by email, ability to compose documents, enter database information, download forms.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.

Maintains a working knowledge of the programs, exhibitions, events and other activities in order to assist guests and train other staff members Days and hours of work will be arranged with the Admissions Manager, and will include work on weekends, holidays and evenings.
