Design, develop, and deliver SAP Payroll solutions for clients' HR systems and act as a consultant in the Cloud HCM and Payroll service line and Community of Practice (COP). Map Business Processes for SAP and SucessFactors payroll implementations and develop Business Blueprint for functional areas. Conduct Gap Analysis and evaluation of out of scope items and recommend customized solutions within SAP and SucessFactors software suite to meet clients' business needs. Assess the impact of Software upgrades and updates to existing solutions and make recommendations for best-practices and ensure business function and process functionality after implementation of upgrades. Use SAP Implementation Management Guide (IMG) to configure functional settings. Configure complex payroll schemas, rules, features, functions, operations and tables. Design and configure wage types and set up integration with SAP and SucessFactors HCM modules and integration with SAP Financials and Controlling. Setup integration utilizing SAP standard iFlows in the Dell BOOMI tool and monitor such integration throughout the implementation phase. Perform complex levels of testing including unit testing, integration testing, parallel runs, mock cut-overs, and regression testing. Serve as a technical resource for SAP Payroll solutions. Document configuration settings and design decisions to support knowledge transfer and ongoing system support. Develop functional specifications and interact with technical team to ensure custom objects are developed and function according to their approved specifications. Develop conversion routines for payroll data and results using SAP utilities such as LSMW and CATT procedures. Train client power-users and end-users in the newly implemented SAP business systems and processes. Assist client power-users and end-users with system support and training needs after go-live. Support post go-live activities and resolve payroll issues. Provide EPI-USE SAP HR Advantage Toolkit expertise and assist with testing, cut-over, and go-live. Provide status reports and project feedback for project management and participate in functional and integration meetings. Utilize SAP's ASAP methodology and EPI-USE-developed methodologies and accelerators to manage and report on project activities. Requires U.S. domestic travel up to 100% of time to unanticipated client sites, on an as-needed basis, for periods of up to six months.

Three years of experience as SAP HCM Consultant implementing SAP ERP HCM custom solutions, processes, and forms, including Payroll and Time Management.

A Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resource Management. Employer considers Three or Four-year degrees acceptable.
