Job Description:

You Have:

5 years of experience in sales support role

Good Communication Skills

Fluency in both English and Spanish (Bi-lingual)

You Can:

Ensure orders are entered accurately into ERP and CRM systems with an emphasis on ensuring company policies are adhered to.

Oversee all assigned orders from placement to final invoice with complete and thorough communication to internal and external employees, sales reps and customers.

Work with the account receivable department to resolve payment disputes.

Process change orders, cancellations and on hold purchase orders

You May Also Have:

Associates or Bachelor's degree

SAP and/or SalesLogix

International shipping or Import/Export experience
