First point of contact for customers, either in person or over the telephone. Identify and address customers' immediate needs.

Do not sell. Direct clients to appropriate colleagues who will transact.

Contractors will be handling incoming and outgoing calls on a daily basis.

Some calls come in and some come through online inquiry and they will have to reach out.

Majority of the day is on the phone, being articulate is extremely important.

Contractors will be handling around 30 calls per day that range in duration.

These contractors will be working on a team of 30+ in the same role.

Must Have Skills:

- Excellent computer skills

- Customer Service Skills 1-2+ years

- Call Center Experience/ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
