Administrative Clerk/Shipping Coordinator

Well known HVAC company is seeking a multi-tasking administrative clerk to assist with a variety of office duties as well as some inventory/warehouse needs.

Responsibilities of Administrative Clerk/Shipping Coordinator:

Warranty claims;

Shipping/Receiving/Ordering of parts;

Inventory control;

Data entry.

Qualifications/Experience needed for Administrative Clerk/Shipping Coordinator:

Office experience

Warehouse experience

Strong data entry skills

Intermediate level Word & Excel software skills

Experience with forklifts is a plus!

Schedule is first shift working Monday - Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm. This is a permanent position.
