Our organization is in need of a Permanent Personnel Clerk/Assistant to work directly with our Executive Recruiter. Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm with flexible lunch schedule.

Position will require the following:

• Answer calls from candidates and clients

• Schedule all interviews and keep calendar of meetings

• Review incoming resumes, completing references and background checks

• Assist with posting and advertising of new positions

• Update/type CV/Resumes for presentations

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products, Internet research and Social Media

• Will maintain various reports, databases and clerical projects

• Must be a real go-getter, career focused looking for potential growth for the future

• Prefers prior office experience, but will consider a new graduate
