About the role

As an enthusiastic self-starter, you will be joining their friendly team as a valued junior administration assistant.

Key Responsibilities include:

Filing and organisation

Assisting the Office Manager

Liaising with clients


Typing of reports and quotations

General office duties including answering of phones, binding and printing

Skills and experience

Strong interpersonal skills

Good presentation and pleasant phone manner

High level of accuracy, attention to detail and be able to multitask

Proven communication skills, both verbal and written

Highly motivated, reliable and versatile, with an ability to work both independently and in a team

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 45 minutes for lunch. Please note this role is an immediate start.
