The role:

Reporting to Managing Director, and working in a highly dynamic and supportive environment, you will be a member of our management team. You will be providing overall operation support to management, and be responsible for leading and managing the corporate service obligations of the business.

Day to day responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, efficient and autonomous individual with the capacity to handle our expansion as we transit to a multi-cultural enterprise. International travel will be required.

Accountable for the development, implementation and review of company policies and procedures.

Leading, managing and developing administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information.

Developing and managing the organization's administrative, physical and staff resources.

Managing and leading the finance and accounting functions. Providing information and supporting the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

Supervising the sub-contractor services. Making sure branch offices service effectiveness to the clients.

Tracking the sales/contract process from start to finish (deposit to settlement).

Management of all contractual timeframes, follow ups and recording of all data.

Liaising with both offshore and local team.

Liaising with solicitors and conveyancers.

Clear and accurate communication to corporate shareholders and response time on project information, stock, sales and general enquiries

Liaising with developers and contractors to obtain relevant project data and update weekly developer report for distribution to sales.

Representing the organization in negotiations, and at conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums, and promoting existing and new programs and policies

Skills and experience

Master degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.

Excellent English and Mandarin written and verbal skills is essential.

Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and management working experience are required.

A strong proven track record in a Corporate Service Management role for at least five years.

Experience and/or certification in real estate industry or project management is highly regarded.

Positive leadership qualities and willingness to take full responsibility for operational management and decision-making.

Excellent problem solving skills, initiative, openness to new ideas and initiative.

Appreciation for corporate systems, procedure and reporting

Team based approach to leadership

Able to handle periods of high workload and tight, competing deadlines.
