This role is suited to a person with high organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work to ensure our contract commitments, compliance & revenue targets are achieved.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Reviewing technician service reporting to confirm time sheet entries.

Reviewing supplier invoicing & confirming correct costings allocated to jobs.

Processing customer invoices & uploading to customer web portals.

Accounts administration and service call processing when required.

Report preparation, filing, scanning and general office administration.

Applicants require the following:

High level attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to focus on customer expectations.

Responsible and reliable.

Intermediate MS Office skills - Word and Excel.

Prior experience within a customer service or administration role is favourable.
