Radon Technician / Installer. Trained to become a licensed radon specialist.

We are small family-owned company that has been around since 1988. You will be working closely with other technicians and have direct direct contact with the owner's daily. You will become part of the closly nit team that is driven with good moral values and passionate about seeing our family, employees and customers grow in success.

You will be installing radon mitigation systems into people's homes.

Must be willing to travel up to a two hour radious surrounding the Columbus metro area.

You will be provided with your own work truck, tablet and equipment/ tools.

You will be having direct contact with customers and working in private homes and businesses, which means you will be the face of our company.

Responsibilities and Duties

Installing Radon mitigation systems in personal homes, work/construction sites and places of business. You will also be called upon to do repairs and estimates. Customer service, creative thinking and problem solving will be much needed attributes in your work environment. You must be self-reliant, motivated and responsible to get the job done in a timely manner. Some paperwork/job notes and inventory management required.

Qualifications and Skills

Must have at least 2 years of construction experience, with references.

Must have at least high school diploma.

Must have drivers license and clean driving record. Must have basic understanding of math, and have basic computer skills.

Must be trustworthy, responsible, self-reliant and motivated, a good problem solver with a positive attitude.

Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.

Must be presentable in their appearance and have self pride in their work.

Must be able to responsibly manage inventory for each job assignment.


Working for a small company. Being part of a small group that works together to succeed and solve any issues within the work environment.

You have an independent work environment and will not be micromanaged, but expected to be responsible and mature enough to get the job done in an excellent and professional manner.

Payment is percentage-based and once you are done with your assignment for the day, inventory managed and job notes completed you are free to go home.

Company purchases all materials, tools and work vehicle.

You are able to work alone, with others and travel around the Indianapolis area.

Worksite environment changes frequently.

Salary: $28,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
