Job Title: Customer Support Planner

Ensuring customer satisfaction by working as the primary communication link between customer and internal departments. Must be able to demonstrate strong bias for action to satisfy customers (both internal and external).


Order Management:

***Receive, verify, process and manager Purchase Orders for customers.

***Manage customer order changes and communicate to the organization.

***Conduct close and tactful communication with customer issues related to their orders.

Customer Service Tasks:

***Set up new and maintain existing customer contact and account information.

***Coordinate and resolve customer complaints/issues related to quality, shipping and accounting.

Required Behavior and Attitude

***Communicate professionally, courteously and effectively with customers and internal organizations to develop and maintain good working relationships.

***Readiness to support the dynamic business needs by accepting assignments which may arise during odd hours and days.

***Strong desire to win, possess sales aptitude and result oriented.

***Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Be able to handle stress well.

Physical Demands

***While performing the duties of the job, the employee will frequently be required to sit and occasionally kneel, or stoop.
