Description:

* As applicable or requested, assign / allocate or oversee allocation of work to the team~ on a daily basis.

* Prioritize daily deliverables and assist / supervise team members with planning at a project level

* Oversee execution

* Review team performance on a day- to- day basis. Ensure teamrsquos performance meets / exceeds client requirements.

* Ensure team adheres to client expectations, standards, guideline and procedures.

* Execute projects / project tasks. Adhere to procedures. (self)

Resolve client issues.

* Assist in diagnosis and resolution of operational issues.

* Assist in preparation of client reviews.

* Meet / exceed operational targets.

* Upon request, participate / contribute in developing / executing procedures / processes (e.g.: invoicing, developing reports)

* Upon request, participate / contribute in developing services / solutions.

* Upon request or as specified, participate and contribute in client calls.

PEOPLE

* Participate in the selection process to ensure the right talent is selected in a timely manner.

* Develop, groom, coach team members so that they are able to perform better / as per the business objectives.

* Facilitate transfer of talent to other teams and absorb talent from other teams

* Make sure all team members have a clear idea of what is expected of them.

* Make sure all team members' performance is reviewed periodically and clear feedback is provided on a continuous basis.

* Ensure completion of Performance Evaluation for your reportees on periodic basis (as per the framework laid down by the Talent Management team) .

* Respond to and resolve employee grievance in a timely manner.
