We are seeking an individual who has previous experience with warehousing and customer repair administration and experience using SAP.

Your duties will consist of the following but will not be limited to:

Manage office requirements for staff amenities/stationery for Vancouver office

Deal with customer’s repair request, offer repair quotation and process RMA in the system till the repair closed

Delivery creation for local customers’ orders, supporting shipping documents

Support logistics activities, such as finish goods receiving, packing and dispatching to local customers

Inventory management of finish goods and spare parts

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:

Prior experience within a similar role

At least 3 years working experience at administration, repair service or logistics in an International company.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred

1-2 years SAP experience (SD module)

Self -starter who can work by objective and well manage the workload identifying the right priorities.

Outspoken individual who knows when it is the right time to escalate.

Team worker

Detail oriented, analytical, methodical, organized, efficient and effective.

Professional attitude for work, high level of accuracy.

Stress resistant and able to work under pressure
