Responsibilities & Duties include:

Support Sales team in all general administrative and sales tasks

Establish and uphold relationships with clients and media agencies as the first point of contact for sales coordination

Assist with presentations and proposals

Professionally manage and prepare correspondences to client queries

Execute standout campaign implementation in processing of booking approval forms, material delivery, proof-of-postings and post campaign results as required

Process reports for sales team

Maintain and promote effective working relationships with key functions within the business

Qualifications & Requirements

Attention to detail is essential

Sound knowledge of Google Suite and Google Drive

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrable administration skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Willingness to be flexible in approach to all situations and tasks

Great time management skills

Integrity and reliability

Positive, can-do attitude

Interest and/or experience in the entertainment industry eg. live music, performing arts, concert promoters and/or ticketing would be advantageous.
