We are in need of a Permanent Receptionist/Secretary to work within a Personnel Office setting. Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break.

Duties for this Position:

• Must have prior experience working in a Professional Office Environment

• Answer all incoming calls and direct as needed

• Outstanding personality with a smile and happy

• Will meet and provide assistance to all visitors

• Able to type 35 to 40 wpm with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and the use of social media

• Organized, ability to prioritize, and accomplish given task

• Dedicated, responsible, outstanding communication skills and professional

• Ability to deal and work with all levels of personnel

• Must be career focused and interested in potential growth
