Under the direction of the Branch Manager, you will assist with inside sales (phone/emails) and front-line services, from the initial addressing of client enquiries to processing of orders from start to completion and delivery.

Profile Needed:

- Quick learner who is able to rapidly access and research product information for clients in order to better support the Sales team.

- Ability to quickly determine clients’ needs and ask the right questions to ensure the accuracy of information obtained.

- Attention to detail with a sense of urgency in order to address clients' needs.

- High degree of professionalism demonstrating tact and fair team play with colleagues and clients.

- Ability to work within a small team.

- Good judgment.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong communication skills in English and French.
