Are you a proven sales leader with demonstrated experience in leading a team and driving them

to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas? Do you have experience working in tech/SAAS


We are Renren Inc., a fast-growing technology company with offices in the U.S., China, Russia,

and the Philippines. We are successfully expanding into the real estate field with Chime, our

intelligent CRM and looking for talented individuals looking to join our growing international


You should come to the table with at least 3+ years of sales and sales leadership experience.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of what it takes to make a sale with the

ability to teach it, an analytic understanding of the entire sales funnel, as well as the foresight to

identify and predict potential issues or improvements in the sales process.

Here you will be expected to:

>Lead a sales team to consistently meet sales quotas while following best practices and

maintaining overall customer satisfaction.

>Become a product and marketplace expert, you’ll know our product front-and- back and be able

to tell customers what sets us apart from our competitors.

>Track and analyze customer interactions to identify improvements in sales funnel as well as

service and product offerings.

This position will focus on the U.S. market so native-level English fluency is key.
