We are seeking individuals to remotely work as part of our call center. From your own home

Responsibilities include:

-Answering inbound calls

-determine needs of the customer

-provide excellent customer service skills as to represent the clients brand in a professional manner

-adhere to the clients guidelines and solving the customers needs

Qualified applicants must:

-Have a GED or high school diploma

-be 18 years or older

-strong attention to detail

-meet the system requirements of our various clients (computer, landline, hardwired internet, servicing headset)

Pay ranges from $9-16 per hour

We partner with people all across the USA! We are not currently open to new or returning business partners that reside within California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.
