Customer Service & Sales - No Experience - Remote

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join a growing remote team focused on helping clients understand and access available benefit solutions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and wants the flexibility of working from home while developing valuable customer service and sales experience.

You’ll receive training, ongoing coaching, and the resources needed to become comfortable in the role and continue developing professionally.

A Typical Day

Your day will primarily consist of connecting with clients through phone and video appointments. During these conversations, you’ll learn about their needs, provide information about available options, answer questions, and help guide them through the appropriate next steps.

Beyond initial appointments, you’ll remain a point of contact for clients who need assistance, updates, or additional information.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting scheduled virtual and phone appointments

Asking questions to better understand each client’s situation

Presenting benefit and service options in an easy-to-understand way

Helping clients complete applications and enrollment requirements

Providing follow-up assistance after appointments

Responding to questions from new and existing clients

Keeping client records and information up to date

Maintaining professional relationships through consistent service

Participating in online meetings, training, and coaching sessions

Who This Role Is For

You don’t need previous industry experience to get started. We’re primarily looking for individuals who are willing to learn, dependable, and comfortable interacting with people.

Customer service or sales experience can be helpful, but it is not required.
