Major manufacturing company is looking for a Kronos Developer to be part of a team that is responsible for the application development, implementation, and on-going support of the Kronos Time Management system. Some of the responsibilities will be system and security administration, application development and configuration, application and technical support, upgrades and change implementation. You’ll report to the Sr. Kronos Developer and will work process owners to ensure Kronos modules and features function to meet their goals and objectives. This position can be located in either the Houston or St. Louis area. This is a great opportunity to build and work with a solid team of professionals and move your career upward.

As the Kronos Developer, your responsibilities will include:

• Installation of Kronos hardware, software, and time clocks for all company locations – both domestic and international

• Develop & configure Kronos applications & standards for projects

• Perform system security administration & audit requests

• Implement system changes as required by users and system updates

• Interact with multiple departments, locations and process owners to determine the most efficient use of Kronos system and modules to support business and division objectives

• Interface with Kronos Team members, managers, timekeepers, and Corporate Payroll staff to determine workflow and identify requirements

• Recognize & repair system hardware and software as needed

• Work with MIS Support staff as needed.

Salary Up To $120,000 + Excellent Benefits & Paid Relocation to the Houston or St. Louis Area. All have great access to fine dining, Entertainment, Professional Sporting Events, and all around great cities to live in.

Minimum requirements for the Kronos Developer:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or willingness to pursue

• Demonstrated proficiency with Kronos application/user

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• SQL knowledge and Windows Server experience

• Ability to travel approximately 20% travel (including International) to support upgrades and implementations

• Must be able to interact effectively and professionally with internal and external customers, including all levels of management

• Able to quickly learn and apply new technologies

• Must have solid understanding of business processes, especially those related to use of Kronos

• Ability to multi-task, manages priorities, is a self-starter, works well under pressure, and maintains confidentiality of information.
