Coordinate with the planner on placement of new employees and equipment.
On a daily basis, inspect and maintain the exterior premises (grounds, building, and parking area), including removal of debris and blowing leaves.
Set up and break down tables and chairs for events.
Escort maintenance contractors and vendors that do not security access.
Plan and preform basic building repairs, miscellaneous jobs and handyman work as needed.
Deliver Ergonomic Equipment to selected employees on the direction of the Admin or EH&S Coordinator.
Other duties as requested or assigned by management.
