Call Center - Customer Service Representative

You'll provide high quality customer sales and service support by interacting with customers via phone, email, website, and other methods as required. As a Call Center Representative, this position will play a vital role in establishing customer loyalty, which leads to customer retention. We are looking for great candidates who keep the needs of the customer top priority.

Responsibilities for this Call Center / Customer Service job include:

Answer inbound calls, chats, emails, and texts to assist customers and store employees

Identify and assess customer needs through effective communication

Complete online sales, upsell, and resolve all online order issues/inquiries with customers

Follows through with any research or additional contact to ensure customer complaint or query is resolved

Provides product information and recommending products to purchase when opportunity presents


Must possess strong communication (verbal, listening, and written)

Must have knowledge of customer service standards and procedures

Must demonstrate strong problem solving

Must have ability to handle conflict positively

Must have the ability to work as a part of a team focused on servicing customers


High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 1-year previous customer service or sales experience
