Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Care Coordinator / Sales Order Administrator for a very important client

The main function of this position is facilitating the customer returns process. Join a group of 3 order entry / customer care representatives and take individual ownership to be the company Coordinator / Sales Order Administrator in the Customer Care Group for Cambridge Technologies, a GSI Group company.

Job Responsibilities (domestic and international):

-Answer incoming calls from regional sales personnel and customers

-Receive customer Purchase Orders and process Sales Orders

-Process Returned Material Authorizations

-Review product backlog with Operations and ensure regional team members and customers have current delivery information

-Working directly with Operations, manage customer expedite requests

-Process standard and custom product quotations

-Working with Accounts Receivable, resolve customer billing discrepancies

-Maintain customer files with sales contracts and other information.

-Compile sales data and reports as needed

-Work with internal suppliers to maintain proper inventory levels

-Perform other additional sales support, order entry and customer service responsibilities

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Desired Skills & Experience

-2+years of experience

-Manufacturing Order Entry experience required

-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Software

-Creation of Excel spreadsheets for reporting

-Experience watching for trends and inventory forecasting

-Previous experience with Oracle

-Ability to manage set inventory levels & place replenishment orders on GSI-UK factory

-Demonstrated ability of having a sense of urgency and getting back to customers in a timely fashion

-Strong verbal communication skills - demonstrated ability of using tact and diplomacy; Strong written -- telephone and e-mails

-Strong organizational skills - a multitasked

-A process oriented, detailed, methodical, investigator

-Excellent follow-up and follow through, not letting anything slip through the cracks

-Ability to work with minimal supervision

-Customer care experience
