Major purpose: This role will support the Human Resources department in the various HR functions.

Major functions:

•Set up and maintain files along with general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records.

•Assists with new hire preparation including interviewing callers and making proper referrals.

•Arrange meetings and conferences.

•Receiving, referring, and answering mail.

•Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage.

•Answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.

•Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.

•Create requested reports as needed.

Required A minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative assistant preferably in the Human Resources department.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred -

Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree

SAP experience
