Assists the Maintenance Tech I with repairs and preventive maintenance tasks

Performs pressure washing of buildings and equipment

Performs roof repairs

Performs light plumbing and electrical tasks

Operates powered industrial trucks and performs minor repairs

Performs cement, brick and blockwork repairs and services

Performs general maintenance duties and/or cleanup

Follows established company and departmental policies, procedures including safety and environmental standards

Assists in the maintenance and service needs of the truck (i.e. gas, oil and lubrication, cooling system and battery, tire care)

Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Activities in a 8 hour workday might include:

Stand for 6 hours

Lift 10-70 lbs

Carry 10-50 lbs

Bend, squat, and reach above shoulder level

Being around moving machinery

Exposure to dust, fumes and gases and varying temperatures


High school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred

Two years of experience in a manufacturing work environment or related work environment

Basic computer skills for stat entry

Strong organizational skills

High attention to details

Follows established company and departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental standards

Possess a team attitude and have respect for others

Maintain a Chauffeurs license, DOT certification and the ability to operate company vehicles in accordance to governmental regulatory requirements, company insurance guidelines and company policies
