Business Office Manager – Murrieta, CA

We have a new employment opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Business Office Manager in Murrieta, California. Responsibilities include accurately billing Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay, and Managed Care companies as well as managing general office activities for this busy long-term care / skilled nursing facility.

Prior Nursing Home / SNF experience is required.

The chosen BOM will be proficient with Medicare billing and most widely used computer programs. Compensation will be based upon professional experience. The company offers an extensive menu of employee benefits options. Skilled Nursing Facility / Sub-Acute experience is required.

Nursing Home Business Office Manager qualifications:

• Comprehensive understanding of Long Term Care reimbursement required

• Nursing home billing experience is required

• Payroll experience required

• Centralized billing office experience preferred

Nursing Home Business Office Manager responsibilities include:

• Daily Census

• Payroll

• Admission Paperwork

• Resident Trust

• Month End

• Medicare and Medicaid Eligibility

• Medicare Days count down, MSP, AOB, CWF

• Filing / customer service

• Accurately billing Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care companies

• Managing Accounts Receivable

• General office support as directed
