Geniumz Inc., is looking for a Customer Service Professional for a large REMOTE call center operations. (Work from home opportunity)

Main responsibilities:

* Providing help and advice to customers using organization products or services.

* Investigating and solving customers' problems.

* Handling customer complaints or any major incidents.

Technical/Equipment Requirements:

* Hard-wired or digital phone line.

* Computer: Hard Drive (20 GB or more of available space; 60 GB or more of total space); Memory (4 GB of RAM or better); Operating System (Windows 7 or Windows 10 – some programs don’t support Windows 8).

* Internet: Min 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload.

* Monitors: dual monitors are recommended (not required).

Hiring Process & Associated Costs:

* Schedule and complete a phone interview.

* Register online.

* Complete: background check (free), voice assessment (free), and technical check (computer equipment check).

* Register for the class: $40-$99 (reimbursable).

* Pay Rate is $7-10/hour.

* Available hours from 8 AM EST – 1:00 AM EST (Pick your hours schedule. Minimum required to complete 20 hours/week).


* Complete online training classes in connection to the program and the client being support successfully.

* Ability to work independently.

* Ability to operate a multi-line phone system.
