Job Duties:

• Review/route credentialing and privileging files/documents

• Advise and assist the privileged provider, clinical leadership, and facility Privileging Authority on issues relative to the credentialing and privileging process regarding appropriate procedures to function with the guidelines and mandates of AFI, DoD guidelines, civilian accreditation standards, and other mandated regulatory guidance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Completion of the following:

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent.

Experience:

Candidates must have the following experience:

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in Credentialing/Privileging or related position within the last three (3) years.

Security:

• National Background Investigation

• Must be US Citizen

- Must have reliable transportation to and from work site

License/Certification and Training:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) from the American Heart Association

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday

• Between the hours of 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 40-Hour work week

• No Over-time
