Our growing team is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to work in-house for our marketing team. Responsible for assisting the overall marketing effort and providing creative support in the creation and analysis of marketing and communication deliverables that support our company’s strategic goals, B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives. Creative deliverables include, but are not limited to, website graphics, catalogs, print ads, social media, sales flyers, email campaigns, brochures and other visuals. The candidate will execute and maintain high quality sales collateral based on direction and branding of the company.

The ideal candidate will also possess experience and skillsets around online marketing and the ability to perform B2B competitive and trend analysis.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Team Leader: Marketing, Brand Strategy and Customer Experience

Drives the overall strategy for the organization and has working knowledge of all the disciplines.

Designs and helps implement marketing plan

Spends 70% of time working with sales and management to establish strategy, marketing plan, corporate branding and tone of all marketing.

Spends 30% of time designing and creating content, and sales support collateral

Sets strategic direction with team for all customer facing marketing elements

Uses analytics to make decisions and empower the team to be successful

Establishes marketing project prioritization with senior management and helps resolve execution problems

Collateral Design Responsibilities:

Create graphic design elements for marketing materials including but not limited to: banners, ads, email campaigns, catalogs, flyers and other collateral as directed.

Create high quality print ready marketing collateral based on the overall branding direction of the company.

Design digitally optimized assets, such as HTML email templates and images.

Maintain established corporate brand standards and consistency of message and design across materials and media.

Assists with formatting copy and other marketing documents.

Online Marketing & Analysis Responsibilities:

Analyzes results from email marketing campaigns and makes recommendations for improvements and testing new campaign strategies.

Analyze website traffic data and trends and creates summary reports with recommendations for improvements.

Provides regular (quarterly) analysis and summary report of competitive and industry online landscape and trends.

Additional Support Responsibilities:

Provides Post Event Reports, analysis and regular status reports on Marketing Programs.

Builds and maintains an electronic archive of sales support collateral to be held on the shared drive, which can be used to revise and reproduce all print projects.

Gathers photo/graphic materials, ensures image quality and coordinates content from various sources.

Assembles customer binders and sales kits for new customers and Sales Reps.

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

1. BA/BS degree required

2. A minimum of 5 years experience in graphic design, campaign management or related fields desired

3. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

4. Proven graphic design experience with strong print and web portfolio.

5. High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) required.

6. Light front end HTML coding a plus.

7. Emphasis on clean, usable and sophisticated layouts with an eye for detail.

8. Knowledge and understanding of Google applications such as Analytics.

9. Ability to identify trends and insights and optimize performance based on insights.

10. Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines effectively and multi-task.
