Required Qualifications
10 to 15 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Hands-on experience developing Salesforce 2nd generation unlocked packages, including package versioning, dependencies, and upgrade strategies.
Proficient with SFDX CLI–driven development workflows, using source driven development, scripting, and automation to support package-based delivery.
Deep experience with scratch org–based development methodologies, including org shape management, iterative development, and validation in ephemeral environments.
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce lightning Flows
Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service Lightning
Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, user access, and governor limits
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes
Coding skill using Salesforce recommended IDE like VSCode.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with global teams and overlapping US time zones
Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator, JavaScript Developer I and atleast 3 Salesforce architect certifications.
