Company product lines include Link-Belt Excavators, Sakai Rollers and Liebherr among others.

Looking for a person who is focused and determined and ready to start selling and renting industry leading heavy construction equipment. The territory is small enough to be home every night and can take the time to build relationships with valued customers yet large enough for an earning potential of $100,000. Competitive expense allowance is included as well.

Territory Managers are an integral part of a company's core business and growth strategies. Sales personnel are the main point of contact with customers ranging from small business to governmental agencies. They are responsible for assisting customers in finding the right products and solutions for their job site to build loyalty through exceptional customer service.

Job duties include:

*Build new customer relationships and maintain established relationships.

*Create quotes, terms, and delivery dates.

*Prepare sales contracts.

*Obtain credit information and insurance requirements.

*Provide ongoing customer service as Territory Manager.

Qualifications include:

*Ability and desire to establish long-term relationships with customers.

*A sense and ability to get to the decision maker.

*Ability to uncover opportunities.

*Understanding customer needs and creative ability to build the right quote for the customer.

*Comfortable making cold calls.

*Proven closing skills.

*Great Communication skills.
