Job Profile:

• Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.

• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.

• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.

• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products• Developing quotes and proposals.

• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.

• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.

• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

Skills and Experience required:

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in MS Office Proficiency in English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills
