Construction Superintendent

Fulcrum Construction Company is looking for a seasoned Project Superintendent to lead field operations in Beaverton, Oregon.

As Project Superintendent, you will be the primary leader on-site, responsible for driving safety, quality, and schedule success across commercial, multi-family, and public works projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead all on-site construction activities and supervise field teams and subcontractors

Champion daily safety meetings and maintain a zero-incident mindset

Oversee scheduling, sequencing, and coordination of trades

Conduct thorough quality inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications

Manage project schedule, budget, and resource allocation in the field

Resolve field issues quickly and effectively with architects, engineers, and owners

Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and progress tracking in Procore

Foster strong, professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders

Mentor assistant superintendents and craft personnel

Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent with a general contractor

Strong background in commercial, multi-family, or public works construction

OSHA 30 certification (required)

Deep knowledge of construction methods, means, and safety regulations

Proficiency with Procore and scheduling software

Valid Oregon driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work full days on active job sites across the Portland Metro area
