Crew Member Responsibilities

Prepare and make all beverages and food

Bake fresh bakery items

Greet Guest and take orders

Cleaning

Organizing store and putting away inventory

memorize different recipes

Prepare store for opening and closing

Crew Member Skills

Must be able to fluently speak/read English

Capable of counting money and making change

Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply) Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations.

Works well with other in a team setting
