Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 11+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise across Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and custom development, along with the ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.

Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Participate in code reviews, deployments, and production support activities.

Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and best practices.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design discussions.

Required Skills

11+ years of overall IT experience with extensive Salesforce development experience.

Strong expertise in

Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Aura Components and Visualforce

SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling

Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and third-party integrations.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment tools and DevOps processes.

Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, roles, and profiles.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.

Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware tools is a plus.

Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations preferred.
