Stride Force is expanding in the Cincinnati area and hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Outreach Specialists representing Renewal by Andersen, one of the most recognized names in the home improvement industry. This is a customer-facing role focused on connecting with homeowners, creating positive first impressions, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

What You’ll Do
Speak directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods
Educate customers on Renewal by Andersen products and services
Set appointments for the sales team
Represent the brand professionally in the community
Work outdoors and stay active throughout the day
