What You’ll Do
Meet customers face to face in their homes to answer questions and provide support
Keep customer records organized and accurate
Review customer interactions to spot patterns and opportunities
Deliver top tier service by listening, understanding, and resolving concerns
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive the best experience
Communicate confidently and professionally, both in person and over the phone
Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional services
What You Bring
Customer service experience is helpful but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable data entry and organizational abilities
Comfort analyzing information and making decisions
A calm, professional approach to difficult situations
CRM experience is a bonus
