Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily operations of the crew on-site.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.

Coordinate project schedules and allocate resources effectively.

Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.

Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates.

Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.

Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry.

Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
